One who buys NEST® services via the ecosystem _

Purchasing Member is always one person, in control of a NEST® profile and wherein he or she may also have confidentially created and actively controls their SSDID. The Purchasing Member relationship with NEST® is directly between a single individual member / user and NEST®.

Via NEST®, the Purchasing Member is expected to settle amounts owed at the time of order. Registered collaborative participants are responsible for transfer costs relating to transactions or movements of funds, as the Purchasing Member may order. This responsibility extends to all cases, whether such funds are to be received into the Purchasing Member’s registered ecosystem account(s), via NEST® or sent to an other third party service provider or merchant accounts.
