Non-arrival is evidenced as not present on or by the appointed time _
By way of example non-arrival may apply, but is not limited to, scenarios where: i) participant in registered contract ordered an item of clothing and following the scheduled time of delivery such item has not been received by its purchaser; ii) a meeting between participants in registered contract was set yet one participant arrives at the specified time and place only to find the confirmed location vacant, and so on.
