Many chat and DLT applications promise ‘hosting across multiple jurisdictions’ so that processes are complicated “if or when” they are faced with a court order to divulge user-data. We take keeping your privacy secure more seriously. Quite simply, NEST® never holds or keeps the ability to decrypt members’ private content. Only that member has this power. As such, NEST® is always just a digital facilitator and privately encrypted toolkit. NEST® can never be forced to release your chats or call logs, we simply cannot decrypt them. No one else can either. We are not able to control, disclose or monitor such members’ private content. And we would never want to either.
