NEST® GLOSSARY
A domain name is an identification string that defines a realm of administrative autonomy, authority or control within the internet. Typically, a domain name can only be up to 63 characters (letters, numbers or combination) long plus the 4 characters used to identify the domain extension. These can be personalized end-points, as per each NEST® open result page, provenance certificate and transaction event. They can also be dedicated end-points as are provided by some blockchain networks or DLT services.
