For examples of the first definition, service providers such as Google Maps are responsible for providing and controlling their services as may be implemented in the Web3 services, as say as through an API.
This service is consequently a third party to both member / users and to NEST®. Ad-hoc, the Tribunal department may be requested to act as a third party in relation to registered contract Dispute rulings, as requested by participants. Tribunal’s rulings are influenced yet not controlled by participants. The Tribunal is thus a third party for Dispute rulings as it does not constitute a party of or participant in registered contract.
If members have their login information become known by an [unauthorized] third party [second sense and use of the third party term], they would be required to immediately report such breach to NEST®.
