A NEST® ecosystem member / user with access to blockchain and various Web3 tools may upload digital media, photographs, recordings and various formats of multimedia or data files, including descriptions thereof, of what is as a prerequisite hosted by NEST® and associated DLT services as well as deemed to be ‘their’ art, work, creation, composition or the like.
Such uploaded, transferred or exchanged content, declared by the member through associated activity as thereby being owner-controlled, must be believed by NEST® to be solely under the uploading member’s full, personal control thus allowing their use or disposal of such as they deem fit. Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine-learning (ML) libraries, made available to members of NEST®, can validate registration attribution as well as detect for potential ownership-claim clashes. Uploaded NEST® ecosystem content further trains this AI/ML library, permitting continued learning and enhanced attribution of ownership-control provenance, authentication as well as prohibition of re-minting copyright protected work in say the digital asset format of an ERC721 or ERC1155 NFT.
